This is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment (about 12 steps up) to sleep four on a quiet residential road surrounded by luxury villas and apartments it offers the following amenities......

Shops nearby - 10 minutes walk to supermarket and gift shops.

It sleeps 4 people comfortably in bedrooms - a pull out bed is available.

1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room.

1 bathroom with  shower over bath, bidet, sink, WC and a well positioned mirror.

Well equipped kitchen, includes a washing machine.

The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans

A communal pool is beside the apartment

A compact sunny balcony, with a table and  chairs is the perfect place for dining.

The accommodation has many other extras including an ironing board, iron, Clothes Airer,  and sun umbrella. Indoor leisure facilities include Sky TV and DVD player. (CD's and DVD's not provided).

General Information

  • All bed linen and towels are provided.  Please bring your own beach towels.

  • The compact, sunny balcony with covered terrace is complete with table and chairs where smoking is allowed. The apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING.

  • Families with children welcome

  • Car hire is advisable to make full use of the surrounding areas, but not essential.  
  •  Pick up to/from the Airport to the apartment available -  1 hour from Alicanti / 30mins from Murcia
  • £50 deposit to be paid on booking, non refundable.
